Role : Central & Process Transformation Engineer 

Location : Khanewal

Utility Operations and Maintenance:

1. Manage and oversee electricity, generators, compressed air, sewerage treatment plant, water pump, and HVAC systems.
2. Conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
3. Implement digitalization for data collection and proactive maintenance.
4. Develop preventive maintenance schedules and explore cost optimization opportunities.

Process Improvement:

1. Identify and implement process improvements across production stages.
2. Analyze workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams for simplification.
3. Enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize efficiency using data-driven insights.

Site Sustainability Leadership:

1. Lead sustainability initiatives related to environmental impact and resource usage.
2. Implement measures to reduce wastage, emissions, water consumption, and energy usage.
3. Explore and promote clean energy solutions and comply with regulatory standards.

Additional Projects and Initiatives:

• Ensure 100% assurance for utilities and projects.
• Manage fuel stock and explore waste reuse as fuel.
• Lead energy reduction projects and implement short/long-term energy strategies.
• Oversee solar power projects and temperature/pressure reduction initiatives.
• Conduct audits and implement improvements for engineering stores and safety.

Required Skills:          

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in utilities or maintenance engineering, preferably in FMCG.
• Proficiency in maintenance strategies, utilities systems, and project management.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and CMMS/EAM software.
• Strong analytical skills for feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments.

This role requires a proactive engineer capable of optimizing utilities, driving sustainability, and improving operational efficiency within a manufacturing environment.
