Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the PMA Long Course, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Nationality: Must be a male citizen of Pakistan or a domicile holder of Azad Kashmir/Gilgit-Baltistan.
- Intermediate or equivalent: 17-22 years (relaxable for 3 months both in upper and lower age limits)
- Graduates (2 years): 17-23 years
- Graduates (4 years): 17-24 years
- Serving Army Soldiers: 17-25 years
Marital Status: Unmarried (exceptions apply to serving army personnel)
Education:
Minimum of 60% marks in FA/FSc or equivalent.
Candidates who have scored 55% marks in FA/FSc or equivalent but are domiciled from specific areas (e.g., FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Baluchistan) may apply under special relaxation.

Selection Process
The selection process for the PMA Long Course is highly competitive and consists of the following stages:
Online Registration: Candidates must register through the official Pakistan Army website or visit the nearest Army Selection and Recruitment Centre (AS&RC). The registration portal is now open.
Initial Tests: The initial tests include written exams based on English, Mathematics, General Knowledge, and Intelligence.

- 15 sit-ups in 2 minutes
