1.      Branch Manager (Islamic)

Location: Sindh/Balochistan

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

• Responsible to achieve monthly Deposit Targets/NTBs/ETBs of the Branch with a focus on CASA.
• Responsible to bring improvement in customer servicing TATs through prompt handling of complaints/enquiries.
• Ensure branch efficiency by applying efficient processes while improving QA Audit category.
• Pursue and implement Policies & Procedures of the Bank under SBP guidelines and PRs, and ensure good Audit Category of the Branch.
• Provide leadership for performance management of Branch Staff.
• Appraise staff periodically based on their potential & performance.

Qualification

Minimum Bachelor`s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/ foreign university.

Age

 Up to 55 years as of Aug 11, 2024.

Experience

Minimum 05 years of banking experience Preferably 02 years in same role

2.      Unit Head – Compliance Assurance Critical Functions/ NBEs & Other

Location: Lahore

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

• Lead the team for achievement of assigned target for compliance reviews/ ICFR Testing & Thematic reviews of Non-Branch Entities or management functions.
• Developing testing pack/instruction set & impart necessary training to team for smooth and efficient conduct of assignment.
• Meeting with the management of reviewee entities for initiation, removal of bottlenecks (if any) in conduct of assignments.
• Review the findings/recommendations of field teams for finalization of reports within the given timelines.
• Share draft report with the Department/ Division head, before initial issuance to reviewee team, for seeking concurrence.
• Share the reviewed report with the management of Non-Branch Entity for obtaining their response. Accordingly, hold discussion session/ meeting with the NBE Team for conclusion & finalization.
• Issue final report after taking into consideration management stance & review points of Department/ Division Head.
• Identify areas/banking process for conduct of thematic reviews. Further, supervise the process for developing assurance pack of special/thematic review assignments.

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelors or equivalent from a HEC recognized university/ foreign university.

Experience:

Minimum 05 years of banking experience, with 02 years in similar function or in Internal Audit.

Age:

Up to 55 Years as of August 07, 2024.
