Key Responsibilities:     

  • Building Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with teams across the organization to ensure seamless IT support.
  • Network Equipment Management: Gain hands-on experience with network communication equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and access controls.
  • MDM Solutions Expertise: Utilize and manage MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and Workspace One.
  • Multi-OS Troubleshooting: Handle installation and troubleshooting across various operating systems.
  • Networking Knowledge: Apply your understanding of IP networking and routing protocols to provide Level-1/2 support and troubleshoot network issues.
  • Customer Issue Resolution: Take ownership of customer-reported issues, research and diagnose problems, and work toward quick and effective resolutions.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure SLA compliance.
  • SaaS Application Understanding: Familiarize yourself with SaaS applications like OKTA, G-Suite, Slack, Better Cloud, and Atlassian.

What We’re Looking For:        

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of IT support experience, with a strong focus on customer handling and technical troubleshooting.
  • Certifications: CCNA & CCNP, MCITP, Office 365 certifications are preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a proactive approach to following up on customer issues.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business.
  • Call Center IT Support: Experience in a call center IT support environment is a plus.
